Function testing

Hi All,

I'm proposing that we use NUnit as a framework for unit testing the math functions.  It seems to be fairly simple to create and run tests with NUnit.  If we are happy with that choice then we can go for it.  I'll add tasks to the tracker to create unit tests for the functions implemented already and we can create them for all newly implemented functions going forward.

I agree with using NUnit as our test framework. I used JUnit when I worked with Java, it was very unintuitive and gave clear results.

Hi All,

You can download NUnit from: http://www.nunit.org/index.php?p=download

and the NUnit plug-in from: http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/c8164c71-0836-4471-80ce-633383031099

The plug-in is a good way of running tests in visual studio and it works on 64-bit (the main NUnit GUI seems to be built for 32-bit only afaik).
